Making minor adjustments in your everyday life, such as stretching, can really make a big difference in your overall musculature health. I love being able to make a client feel better after just one session; however, muscles can be tricky and typically those stubborn knots and tension will creep back!
Being able to routinely book massage appointments, while stretching or applying heat at home between sessions is really the key to retraining and relaxing your muscles more efficiently.
Typically, if you have a goal to work on improving a problem area, I will explain what I found after our session has concluded and even write down the most problematic muscles you have.
